A native of Angers, France, Marick started her ecclectic musical career in Chicago playing flute and singing for the Green Mill Poetry Slam at its debut. After performing a few concerts of French classical music as a flutist at the Alliance Française and other venues, she decided to share her love of music with children and young adults by becoming a music teacher at the Lycée Français de Chicago.

For as long as she can remember, Elaine had always been fascinated by the human voice, its possibilities for creative expression and the diversity of emotions. Elaine is a native of Montreal, Quebec. She received a classical training in voice. She performed as a recitalist, cantor, chorister and performer in Canada, Europe and in U.S.A. Elaine is a voice teacher and is now pursuing an inspiring music leadership program with "Music for People".
